oursecretshame: It is estimated that 10% of young people struggle with self harm. Imagine that. In a classroom of 30 pupils, 3 will be hiding their cuts and scars. It’s not a little phase; it’s a serious and potentially dangerous coping strategy. Spread the word, raise awareness, reach out, hang in there. 

Yes, I'm in the 10% of teens that suffer from self-harm. And this percentage is huge, it makes me cry that so many people suffer from this. It is way too many people. And for all of you that suffer from this, keep strong <3 <3
